A New Japanese Driver Coming to F1?
Last week I was at Imola Circuit to attend Yuki Tsunoda’s debut on a Formula 1 car. Currently racing in F2 for Carlin, the Japanese driver is part of “Honda Formula Dream Project”, Honda’s young driver program aiming to have one of their prodigies in Formula 1 for their last season as engine suppliers. For this test, Alpha Tauri made an old 2018 Toro Rosso STR13 available to the young driver in order to allow him to stack up the first necessary 300 kms and take part in at least one FP1 session during the upcoming F1 GPs. Will we see this duo next year?
